Pre-K 4 Costume Parade Update #2

Due to the rise in COVID cases in our community, Herscher State Bank will no longer be able to host us for trick-or-treating (They sound quite disappointed, as they very much look forward to our annual visit, and could probably use all the cute pictures of kids in costumes you can send them!). Our parade will continue as planned.
